Our mission is to provide a valuable Care in the Community Transport service for all vulnerable people.
Our Transport service is aimed at offering a bespoke experience for each user. Whether you wish to go shopping, visit the hospital, fancy a day trip or simply want to get out of the house for a few hours, Help to get out can do just that! Whatever your requirements, we are here to help.
Our Mission
Transport division has been providing quality homecare services for over 20 years. We are committed to providing active support to people to live within their own homes. Our management and staff team have great passion and genuinely care for the service we deliver to our local community. Transport Division care is accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA)
Our home care services are flexible and tailored to each individual as we understand that circumstances can change over time, which can change what care is required. We have a range of experienced and well-qualified carers who provide domiciliary support.
Our rigorous recruitment policy ensures that each member of care staff is vetted and recruited appropriately. Each potential member of our care staff is required to complete a full enhanced DBS check, supply a minimum of two references, ensuring that the applicant’s full training and work history is confirmed.

Our dedicated Team is able to deal with a multitude of patient conditions from transporting stretcher and wheelchair bound patients to patients able to walk unaided. If you are on your own and need assistance our transport service will accompany you throughout your consultation or appointment and then return you to safely to your home.

We offer transport arrangements such as regular transport to supermarkets or shopping centres. Dial-a-Ride is wheelchair accessible assisted transport for people who are unable to use public transport.

Licensed PHV Drivers
Transport Division – Transport Division specialise in SEN home to School Transport and have contracts with several Local Authorities and Health Authorities.
We currently require 5 Tfl Licensed Private Hire Drivers to help fulfil our new contracts with several Local Authorities
If you have your own Tfl Licensed Vehicle that will be fine or we can supply you with a Company Vehicle.
Passenger Assitants
We also require Passenger Assistants that have all the correct documentation and training certificates., along with references if you have held this position previously.
